Paul Kolinski

Paul Kolinski is an accomplished and highly versatile multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, bandleader, recording producer,  promoter, educator and facilitator who teaches a variety of instruments including drums, guitar, electric bass, voice and ukulele. In 20 years of widely varied performing experience, Paul has toured across Canada several times playing rock’n’roll, written 500+ songs, led several bands, organized benefit concerts and music meditation workshops, played in jazz combos and improvisation orchestras, studied voice with Ian Garrett (Shania Twain) and Music Performance at York University.

Paul has made many friends through music and loves making music with friends. Music is something we all share and Paul believes anyone who wants to can learn any instrument. Music is fun and the best way to learn is by having fun with music and playing with people. Paul has developed a uniquely intuitive approach to teaching and tailors his methods to the needs of his students.

Paul is currently involved in the Keys To The Studio music  program for people with special needs and facilitates his own  Listening Meditation Workshop for musicians and non-musicians alike. Paul also leads two of his own  bands, Silent Five and The Loneliest Monks, and performs with the Woodchoppers Association  improvising orchestra.
